Members Only Annual Business Meeting

Our twice-annual members-only business meetings are important meetings for our chapter.  We need every member representative present so we can discuss business and make decisions for our future.

At this meeting of members will receive an update on our Chapter Strategic Plan as well as other chapter updates.


Business meetings require a quorum of members (51%) to be present in order to conduct business. If there is not a quorum present at roll call, according to our Chapter By-Laws, the business meeting will be adjourned. It is important that you attend this meeting.

Main entrance of the BCN Common Office is located at the circular drive. Parking at the facility is on a first come, first serve basis in the open surface lot.  When entering the building, visitors are required to register at the lobby with Enterprise Security.  Visitors are required to show photo ID for scanning and registration purposes. Please inform the lobby security staff that you are attending the EWI Business meeting and request they contact Jennifer Manion.  Once members are checked in, the security staff will contact Jennifer to escort members to the board room.
