Liz and her husband Mario currently live in Livonia, have been married for over 16 years and have four children together and 14 grandchildren. Merrilee, Mark, Molly and William, all married with families residing in Michigan except for William who is an officer in the U.S. Army currently stationed at Fort Benning, GA.
In her leisure time, Liz enjoys competitive shooting sports, hunting, travel, and many outdoor sports and activities with family and friends. Liz and her husband continue to be Hunter Safety Instructors in the state of Michigan; Liz with over 12 years experience and Mario with over 35 years. They are passionate about educating and preserving this tradition.
Liz started in the financial services industry in May of 2003 after working for the past 20 years as an entrepreneur in diverse markets. She joined Craig J. Snyder, CFP®, CLU and the
America Group in advisor services learning every facet of the business. She is credited for establishing name recognition and a significant presence in a niche market for America Groups top producer who earned the Chairman’s Council Award (1+ Million GDC) at LPL Financial. In addition, she leveraged LPL’s Partners Program networking with CPAs as a marketing startup for new hires. She is also instrumental in providing key support for purchasing and selling of independent FA books and succession planning.
In 2011, she began her current role as the Director of Business Development and as a Transition Specialist. Liz works to recruit financial advisors in helping them assess broker-dealer opportunities with LPL Financial including transition preparation, marketing, legal, timing, contracts, payouts, licensing, registration and other important areas of due diligence. Liz prides herself on providing the best guidance that may lead to a career fit for an advisor. She leads a team of skilled professionals in providing a plan and support that enables advisors business continuity when making a move with the least interruption of service and with the focus on their clients best interest.
Liz also maintains a similar business development role in bringing on new financial institution programs with local banks and credit unions.
She currently serves on LPL’s New Client Onboarding task force in providing vital feedback and strategies to the Advisor and Institution Large Enterprise Panel. This is both an honor and only extended to the most experienced professionals of Large Enterprises
